Cannabis start-up Kandy Girl claims to be first weed company to advertise in the Metaverse

Cannabis start-up Kandy Girl is embracing the new world and diving into the unknown with its claim of being the first pot company to advertise its THC products in the Metaverse.

To the website question, How is this legal, the company reports that because of the weight of its gummies, it can put 10 mg of delta 9 THC into each one “and be compliant to ship to all 49 states as the total THC percentage is less than 0.3 per cent making them federally legal in all 50 states.”
