As I peeled back the lid on the odour-proof tin can, BCBud.store’s Monster Moby appeared with large and medium, beautifully cured and aromatic bud. This sativa dominant hybrid had buds with an extremely potent, sweet citrus fragrance; that was reminiscent of freshly squeezed oranges.

Furthermore, the nuggets were covered in millions of exquisite and tiny, white crystal trichomes that were generously scattered throughout the bud. Monster Moby also was an amalgamation of forest, sage and laurel greens and the vibrant ochre coloured pistils were a stark juxtaposition of colour; standing frozen at attention.

When Monster Moby was consumed:

When combusted, Monster Moby produced a dense and opulent smoke; that filled the room with a strikingly aromatic, tropical citrus fragrance. The smoke was medium bodied, refreshing, zesty and was silky smooth; both on inhale and exhale. There was an earthy undertone to the complex flavour profile; as well as, a substantial citrus-orange flavour and a soft, silky and subtle; piney spiciness.

When vaped with the Arizer V-Tower, this bewitching flower produced voluminous clouds of invigorating and aromatic vapour; that filled the room with a subtle, lingering fragrance of oranges and muted spicy pine. In addition, BCBud.store’s Monster Moby pleasantly overwhelmed my taste buds with a zesty citrus flavour; as well as, a robust earthiness and a soft and subtle, spicy pine, that balanced out the complex flavour profile.

Monster Moby from BCBud.store produced a euphoric and uplifted mood; in addition to, an energetic and happy, cerebral mindfulness; that powered me through my day with amazing, clear-minded focus. This beautifully balanced, sativa dominant hybrid promoted creativity and a social, talkative mood. This is one strain where you may actually become the life of the party; all without making a fool of yourself (unlike alcohol!)!

Greasy Pink

BCBud.store’s Greasy Pink were massive buds with vibrant forest, olive and sage greens. The magnificently cured nuggets were coated with millions of perfectly intact, delicate and fine, white crystal trichomes, that shone unabashedly in the light. Greasy Pink also had bright ochre pistils; seemingly reaching out, frozen, locked in place forever.

Furthermore, there were also leaves, dappled and interwoven throughout the bud; that were a vivid, vibrant and stunning purple. Greasy Pink also contained a soft, sweet, earthy and floral aroma profile; that made me want to keep going back, again and again, for that maddeningly fleetful fragrance.

When Greasy Pink was consumed:

When combusted, Greasy Pink produced opulent clouds of full-bodied, dense, smooth and hazy smoke; that filled the room with an exquisite, sweet and spicy aroma. This well cured flower also caused a moderate amount of aridity in my mouth, be sure to have water or another healthy beverage on hand! Moreover, Greasy Pink had a seductive earthy flavour that intertwined with the aridity; to create a new, complementary flavour profile, that was sulky and spicy.   

When vaped with the Arizer V-Tower, BCBud.store’s Greasy Pink continued to produce a dryness in my mouth that seemed to be cumulative. This strain created vast clouds of hazy vapour that resembled smoke in opacity. Moreover, Greasy Pink had a deep earthiness to the flavour of the vapour; as well as, a refreshing spiciness, that hit the back of your throat in a startlingly pleasant sensation.  

The High of BCBud.store’s Greasy Pink:

Greasy Pink from BCBud.store was a heavy indica dominant hybrid, said to be sister strains with another heavy indica, Covfefe. This strain offers a potent sedative quality; best used for nighttime. In addition, this strain granted a powerful euphoria, calm and full body relaxation that melted stress and tense muscles.

Gorilla Glue #4

As I cracked open the sealed tin can, the large and medium, dense buds of Gorilla Glue #4 had an overall sage complexion; with flecks of forest and olive greens that were opalescent in nature. The nuggets also had hundreds of delicate and vibrant, rusty-red pistils; interwoven within the bud. Moreover, there were millions of tiny, white crystal trichomes, that sparkled furiously in the light. This potent, indica dominant hybrid also had a pungently sweet, diesel earthiness that was highly potent.    

When Gorilla Glue #4 was consumed:

When combusted, Gorilla Glue #4 sent voluminous clouds of full bodied, silky smooth and aromatic smoke, bursting forth into the air, as soon as the bowl was lit. There was a dry aridness to to the smoke; as well as, a muted earthiness, finishing with a sharp and spicy pine, that lingered as a potent aftertaste. Gorilla Glue #4 from BCBud.store also produced a spicy, aromatic pine fragrance, that lingered pleasantly.  

When vaped with the Arizer V-Tower, the vapour produced had a deep earthy flavour; that then transformed into a spicy, sinus-clearing and tongue-tingling experience that was extremely satisfying. Moreover, there was a slight lingering, woody aroma that was reminiscent of campfires. Gorilla Glue #4 had a potent and pungent flavour; as well as, an incredibly smooth and refreshing vapour that had me going back, again and again.

Furthermore, the bar had an exquisitely complex flavour profile; that gradually revealed itself, layer by layer. The hazelnuts and cinnamon-infused raisins were a surprising delight and the spiced rum complimented and elevated the other components of the delectable chocolate bar.  

Every single ingredient in this bar is natural and this company included sunflower lecithins; a substance which increases the absorption rate of THC within the body, making the edibles more potent.

Canna Co. Medibles Nuts N’ Stuff Bar from BCBud.store produced a relaxed, happy and uplifted high; as well as, a strong body buzz. The bar melted away stress and worry, while providing great pain relief, that lasted for hours.

Zen Medical Phoenix Tears 1mg Syringe Lab Tested 600mg THC (Rick Simpson Oil(RSO))

Rick Simpson Oil(RSO) is a potent, decarboxylated and concentrated cannabis oil extract produced from strong, highly sedating indica marijuana plants. This oil is said to have THC concentrations of 60% and can be used topically, orally, or by suppository.

In addition, RSO has powerful anti-inflammatory and cancer-fighting properties that have long been anecdotally reported; however, more research into this non-addictive medication is desperately needed.

BCBud.store’s Zen Medical Phoenix Tears came in a 1ml syringe that was lab tested to contain 600mg of THC. Since I have already had great success using RSO orally, I decided to try another method of ingestion for the purpose of this review and for science in general. Moreover, since I didn’t have any skin conditions that indicate RSO use; suppository became the only choice.

I won’t go into gory detail about how I injected the sticky, resinous substance into my butthole; but I can tell you one person can do it, with some positioning (it would 

be way easier with 2 people). Once you do get the positioning correct; however, Zen Medical’s syringe made suppository placement and delivery, easy and effective. 

Although suppository placement might be embarrassing or difficult to position for some; I was shocked to discover it was much easier and faster, all said and done, then oral consumption could ever be.

Northern Berry Shatter, from BCBud.store was an exquisite amber colouration and had an opulent earthy fragrance as an overtone; in addition to, a very sweet and defined aroma of berries.

Furthermore, the shatter came in a reusable, plastic canister; our preferred method of packaging. Northern Berry Shatter also had a gorgeous translucency and an easy to use and manipulate, snap and pull texture; which is a quality that we here at DispensaryGTA have come to appreciate in a shatter.  

When vaped with the Zeus Thunder 2, BCBud.store’s Northern Berry Shatter produced rich clouds of dense, thick, aromatic and flavourful vapour, that resembled smoke in opacity. Moreover, the vapour had a rich earthiness to the aroma; as well as, a sweet, musky berriness, that lingered pleasantly.

This perfectly balanced, 50/50 hybrid also had a perfectly balanced flavour; combining an opulent earthiness; as well as, a sweet spice, that made Northern Berry Shatter truly memorable.

Northern Berry Shatter hit quickly with a full body relaxation and a seductive calm; in addition to, a euphoric, uplifted and happy mood. Novices and inexperienced users are advised to take caution with Northern Berry Shatter, as its effects may overwhelm. Furthermore, this strain can cause heavy sedation and therefore only nighttime use is recommended.

BCBud.store Sativa Alcohol Tincture

I must admit, I didn’t have a lot of experience when it came to cannabis tinctures, but I was certainly enthusiastic to try the cannabis infused alcohol medication. BCBud.store’s Sativa Alcohol Tincture had an attractive glass 30ml bottle and a dropper style lid that would give out measured doses of the THC tincture.

Moreover, the entire bottle of medicated tincture had a whopping 900mg of THC! The dropper, thankfully, would dole out more measured doses of 30mg THC. I was eager to try the liquid concoction and twisted off the lid; barely containing my anticipation.

My stomach lurched when the aroma hit my nostrils and the powerful scent of very strong alcohol sanitized my senses. It smelled a little awful, there’s no way around it; there was a cannabis fragrance; of course; which wasn’t the problem. It was the burning nature of the strong alcohol fumes.

I decided to measure out my desired dosage and take it sublingually. Well, it tasted pretty much how it smelled and then some. I also tried it in non-alcoholic beverages, flavoured yogurt, coffee and alcoholic beverages (for science!) and found that mixing the tinctures in alcohol tasted the best. However, this does not promote the use of alcohol and cannabis together; as it’s been found that mixing these two substances can lead to greater impairment.

BCBud.store’s Sativa Alcohol Tincture hit quickly and reliably every single time it was used. The tincture provided a powerful full body stone that relaxed and eased sore muscles; as well as, a cerebral mindfulness and focus, that allowed me a powerful medication, without feeling over-sedated.

The tincture from BCBud.store provided a deep, inner sense of calm and would be an excellent, complementary addition to a variety of treatments and conditions, such as (but not limited to): nausea, migraines, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, fatigue, appetite loss, depression, anxiety and other mood disorders (as directed).       

For me, tinctures would not be my preferred method of ingestion; however, for medical patients that need accurate and reliable dosages, tinctures are the way to go (especially from a value standpoint). I guess the one thing you will have to remember about alcohol cannabis tinctures is that, just like Buckley’s Cough Syrup, “It tastes awful, but it works!”

Zen Medical THC Tincture Solvent free, Full Spectrum Cannabinoids 250mg Cannabis Resin, Lab Tested

The second tincture we had the pleasure of sampling from BCBud.store was Zen Medical’s THC Solvent Free Tincture [with] Full Spectrum Cannabinoids; which was lab tested to be a powerful 250mg of cannabis resin. This tincture was solvent free and instead, contained coconut oil, a highly complimentary fat to include with edibles.

I learned my lesson with my first tincture fiasco, so instead decided to put the entire tincture inside a brownie mix recipe, make it and hope for the best. I anxiously waited the prescribed time and pulled out the salted caramel, fresh, gooey and home-baked brownie. After, eating my fill of the THC desert, I sat down again and I waited. And waited. And waited. I was reminded how the alcohol tincture had a rapid response time, due to the more direct sublingual ingestion method.

Around 1 hour and 30 minutes later, I began to feel the effects from Zen Medical’s THC Solvent Free Tincture. Ms Green’s Happy Snacks 75mg Dank Dark Orange Chocolate

This delightful orange chocolate bar was split into a number of squares for easy dosing. I thought that the orange and black packaging that described it as “Dank Dark Chocolate Bar” to be a funny descriptive that was well thought out.

I carefully undid the tinfoil and took my first bite. The chocolate melted in my mouth as the goodness filled my senses. As it slipped delightfully down my throat, I thought to myself, oh wondrous chocolate bar, why art thou to be eaten? The chocolate bar did not respond back and I finished consuming it.

The creamy chocolate bar reminded me of a Terry’s Chocolate Orange and I was quite content to eat the entire thing myself in one sitting. The deliciousness of this orange chocolate bar can not be overstated. They have truly nailed cannabis infused, dark orange chocolate beauty.

The 75mg of THC took about 1 hour and 15 minutes to kick in and i felt a moderate body buzz from the chocolate. This body buzz was great for doing things around the house and I was able to do do most of this work pain free and in an uplifted mood. I did not find this bar to be overpowering and recommend it as a good moderately dosed edible, at a reasonable price (that seemed accurately dosed too!).
