Study to treat front-line clinicians suffering COVID stress with psilocybin




A small study out of the University of Washington School of Medicine will assess if psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy can help alleviate depression and anxiety in healthcare workers who are working the front lines of the pandemic.

The study will be led by Dr. Anthony Back, a professor of medicine and founding co-director of the University of Washington Center for Excellence in Palliative Care.
